Pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada’s (“ITAC”) By-laws, this notice serves to provide you with notice of the upcoming ITAC Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for Tuesday, March 8th, 2022 at Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, 3777 Grey Eagle Drive, Calgary, Alberta at 1:00 pm (MST). A live-stream of the AGM will also be available through the ITAC website at 1:00 pm (MST) on March 8th, 2022.
Special Note – Public Gathering Restrictions
In the event that there is a change in the public health restrictions regarding in-person gatherings between the date this notice is sent and the date of the AGM, resulting in an in-person meeting no longer being permitted, Members are advised that the AGM will take place virtually on March 8th, 2022.
Members will be advised at the earliest opportunity if the AGM will be held via virtual means and will be provided with details of how to attend and vote at the meeting at least 72-48hrs prior to the commencement of the AGM.

The following individual has completed the 2021 ITAC Board of Directors Application Form and has been reviewed and found in compliance with the election criteria in ITAC’s By-laws, and is eligible for election at the AGM:
