Showcasing 140 export-ready Indigenous tourism businesses from across Canada

Xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Vancouver, BC – The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) is very pleased to release the second issue of Nations, ITAC’s annual magazine, which this year showcases stories from 140 export-ready Indigenous tourism businesses from coast to coast to coast. These stories about our members are designed to spark inspiration as readers explore Canada through an Indigenous lens.

In an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 and avoid transmission, this year’s magazine will only be available online. Enhanced content is also available throughout the online magazine creating an interactive reading experience. Readers can explore and engage in content further by clicking the “Explore Further Online” icons throughout the magazine. This year’s issue of Nations also highlights Destination Experts working in the Indigenous tourism industry; exploring their stories, their experiences and their motivations for working with Indigenous tourism businesses.
