Due to restrictions imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 ITAC Annual General Meeting will be held partially electronically via Zoom Webinar.
A small group of individuals will meet in-person, abiding by social distancing protocols, at the Delta Hotel, 550 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC. Voting Members will receive a direct link and password to enter the webinar on Zoom either by video conference or call-in telephone. Non-voting members are invited to watch the Annual General Meeting live stream which will be available through the ITAC website at 11 am (PST) on December 15, 2020.
Voting will be conducted electronically in advance of the meeting using an online voting platform. Members entitled to vote will receive a direct link and password for the online voting platform in advance of the voting period. Voting will be open for a period of 5 days starting Monday, December 7, 2020, at 8 am (PST) and closing Friday, December 11, 2020, at 08:59 pm (PST).

The AGM will be available with Live French translation for French Speaking voting-members.
