Xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), Vancouver, BC – The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) is thrilled to announce that Keith Henry, President and CEO of ITAC, will make a guest judge appearance on Bears’ Lair Season Two. Keith Henry will be featured in Episode Nine, scheduled to air on APTN on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.
Bears’ Lair is more than a TV show; it is a robust platform that brings Indigenous business leaders’ entrepreneurial spirit and resilience to the forefront. By showcasing their innovative products, services, and paths to success, Bears’ Lair highlights the deep-rooted Indigenous values that are intricately woven into their business models.
Each episode features a guest judge who joins the core panel of Indigenous business experts, known as “The Bears,” to evaluate the contestants’ pitches. Eighteen contestants will compete for the coveted $100,000 grand prize.
We are honoured to recognize the leaders who shared their insights with our brave contestants during the inaugural season of #BearsLairTV. Their support allows Bears’ Lair TV to highlight emerging and established Indigenous entrepreneurs, inspiring others to pursue their own paths to self-reliance in the future.
