Pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada’s (“ITAC”) By-laws, this notice serves to provide you with notice of the upcoming ITAC Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for Monday, October 7, 2024 at Delta Hotels Prince Edward, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, at 10 am (ADT). A recording of the AGM will also be available through the ITAC website on Tuesday, October 8, 2024.
