Pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada’s (“ITAC”) By-laws, this notice serves to provide you with notice of the upcoming ITAC Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for Friday, December 16th, 2022, at Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites, 550 W Hastings St,,Vancouver, BC at 10:00 am (PST). A live-stream of the AGM will also be available through the ITAC website at 10:00 am (PST) on Friday, December 16th, 2022.

“Special Business:
- To consider and, if thought fit, to adopt a new form of Market-Ready Criteria, either in the form attached hereto or in such other form as is agreed upon at the AGM; and
- To consider, and if thought fit, to delete and replace the Market-Ready Criteria set forth in Appendix A of the By-laws with a new form of Market-Ready Criteria, either in the form attached hereto or in such other form as is agreed upon at the AGM.”
