ITAC has developed easy-to-follow general health and safety guidelines for ITAC members and partners consideration. They are intended to help members develop or review the plan that will work best for their business. We have grouped the guidelines into sections and provided links to official Canadian or international sector websites for more detailed and up-to-date information.
ITAC has developed FAQs for staff that cover a range of questions that they may have regarding how to interact and communicate with guests during the COVID-19 recovery. The FAQs are available as a PDF that can be emailed to staff or printed and left in staff areas onsite.
Guidelines by Sector
Health and safety guidelines vary by sector. For quick reference, we have separated the general operating procedures and the various sector-specific guidelines into individual PDFs.
