The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) issues this Call for Nominations to member organizations wishing to represent their province or territory on ITAC’s Board of Directors. This notice is to provide information on how to nominate a Director (board member) for election at the upcoming ITAC Annual General Meeting (AGM) being held December 16, 2022, at Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites in Vancouver, BC.
The ITAC Board is composed of thirteen (13) Directors; one from each of the ten (10) provinces and one from each of the three (3) territories, each serving four (4) year terms.
The following Director positions are open for nominations (current Directors listed):
- Manitoba (vacant)
- Yukon (vacant)
Please note that Directors will be elected by eligible Voting Members only within their respective territory or province (ITAC Bylaws 13.6).
The deadline for Board of Directors Applications is Thursday, November 10, 2022. 5:00 PM PST.
