Ce plan constitue le fondement d&rsquo;un changement transformationnel pluriannuel pour le tourisme autochtone, rendu possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un investissement sur sept ans assur\u00e9 par l\u2019ATAC, procurant \u00e0 l\u2019association plus de 35 M$ par an.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En outre, le plan op\u00e9rationnel 2025-26 de l\u2019ATAC d\u00e9crit la vision de l&rsquo;association pour continuer \u00e0 reb\u00e2tir l&rsquo;industrie touristique autochtone afin d\u2019atteindre les niveaux records de 2018, soit une contribution de 1,7 G$ au PIB du Canada et 36 700 emplois dans l&rsquo;industrie. D&rsquo;ici 2030, l\u2019ATAC vise \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;industrie touristique autochtone au Canada compte 2700 entreprises, 60 000 emplois et contribue 6 G$ par an au PIB national. La r\u00e9alisation de cet objectif n\u00e9cessite une croissance significative du secteur, tant en termes du nombre d&rsquo;entreprises que de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En 2023, le secteur a enregistr\u00e9 les chiffres suivants :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2757 entreprises d\u00e9tenues et g\u00e9r\u00e9es par des Autochtones;\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">34 711 emplois en tourisme autochtone;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1,3 G$ de contribution au PIB.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un financement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent d\u00e9sormais assur\u00e9, l\u2019ATAC est pr\u00eate \u00e0 tracer une voie audacieuse pour le tourisme autochtone au Canada \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Keith Henry, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Association touristique autochtone du Canada. \u00ab\u00a0Alors que les voyageurs, tant internationaux que nationaux, recherchent des exp\u00e9riences plus significatives et authentiques, nous disposons d\u2019une occasion in\u00e9dite de prendre les devants. Notre plan op\u00e9rationnel 2025-26 pr\u00e9sente des mesures ambitieuses qui permettront d\u2019attirer de nouveaux partenaires, de stimuler la croissance durable et d\u2019assurer la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 du tourisme autochtone d&rsquo;un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre du pays.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plan op\u00e9rationnel de cette ann\u00e9e s&rsquo;appuie sur une approche \u00e0 quatre piliers, qui a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019ATAC au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie. Parmi les initiatives phares de ce plan figurent les suivantes\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Leadership :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Investir 1,2 M$ pour d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres dans tout le pays. L\u2019ATAC continuera d\u2019\u00eatre la voix nationale de l\u2019industrie touristique autochtone. Avec un conseil d&rsquo;administration compos\u00e9 de repr\u00e9sentants de chaque province et territoire, l\u2019ATAC veillera \u00e0 maintenir la confiance des bailleurs de fonds et \u00e0 renforcer le soutien \u00e0 l\u2019association et \u00e0 ses partenaires touristiques autochtones provinciaux et territoriaux. L\u2019ATAC poursuivra la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019alliances internationales pour soutenir le tourisme autochtone dans le monde entier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son partenariat avec Destination Originale Tourisme Autochtone (DO-IT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Partenariat :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Investir 2,9 M$ pour unifier le secteur du tourisme autochtone au Canada en r\u00e9unissant les membres, en harmonisant et en tirant parti des relations avec les provinces et les territoires et en cr\u00e9ant des partenariats \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale pour soutenir le tourisme autochtone. Cela inclut augmenter la participation au Fonds pour les destinations touristiques autochtones et renforcer la mobilisation de l\u2019industrie touristique autour de l\u2019initiative de r\u00e9conciliation Truth2Action. De plus, l\u2019ATAC accueillera le Congr\u00e8s international du tourisme autochtone 2026 \u00e0 Edmonton, en Alberta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>D\u00e9veloppement :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Investir 17,1 M$ pour mettre en \u0153uvre des solutions men\u00e9es par les Autochtones afin d\u2019aider ses membres dans leur pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la commercialisation et \u00e0 relever les d\u00e9fis relatifs au march\u00e9 du travail. Dans le cadre de cet investissement, l\u2019ATAC consolidera les organisations touristiques autochtones provinciales et territoriales (OTAPT) et \u00e9tablira les bases pour assurer la croissance future de l\u2019industrie en versant 3 M$ sous forme de contributions aux OTAPT partenaires pour leur permettre d&rsquo;aider directement leurs membres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ATAC collaborera avec les \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement pour mieux faire conna\u00eetre le tourisme autochtone et augmenter la visibilit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;utilisation du site Web DecouvrezTourismeAutochtone.ca, consacr\u00e9 aux possibilit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi en tourisme autochtone, tout en investissant directement dans la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux emplois au sein du secteur.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><b>Marketing :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Investir 4,8 M$ pour cr\u00e9er et mener de nouvelles initiatives de marketing men\u00e9es par les Autochtones afin de soutenir les membres, en collaborant avec des organisations de marketing de destinations et en tirant parti des ressources de Destination Canada. L\u2019ATAC mettra en place le pavillon de Destination Autochtone \u00e0 Rendez-vous Canada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019ATAC fera la promotion du tourisme autochtone et de ses retomb\u00e9es positives au moyen de campagnes de marketing cibl\u00e9es, d\u2019initiatives de recherche et de ventes et d\u2019activit\u00e9s m\u00e9diatiques. Elle \u00e9tablira des partenariats avec des organisations provinciales et territoriales afin de renforcer la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de sa marque \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale et internationale et mettre en relation les acheteurs internationaux avec les entreprises membres de l\u2019ATAC.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fort d\u2019un financement sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent d\u00e9sormais confirm\u00e9, l\u2019ATAC peut continuer \u00e0 mener le secteur du tourisme autochtone vers une nouvelle \u00e8re audacieuse de croissance significative.
