Dans la m\u00eame journ\u00e9e, il sera sur le plateau de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/TheSocial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Social<\/a> afin d\u2019y pr\u00e9parer du carpaccio de chevreuil fum\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une salade de riz sauvage et de bleuets et d\u2019une pur\u00e9e de saumon \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9rable fum\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ATAC \u00e9tait heureuse d\u2019accueillir M<sup>me<\/sup> Jennifer McLean, productrice ex\u00e9cutive de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctv.ca\/Your-Morning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Your Morning<\/a>, au Congr\u00e8s international du tourisme autochtone (CITA), en reconnaissance de l\u2019engagement r\u00e9cent de CTV \u00e0 partager les richesses du monde autochtone.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre secteur est b\u00e2tie sur des relations et nous remercions infiniment le chef Bill pour les liens qu\u2019il tissent avec les m\u00e9dias nationaux\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Keith Henry, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ATAC. \u00ab\u00a0La cuisine est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 qui inspire les voyages et CTV joue un r\u00f4le inestimable \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre notre offre au grand public.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Bill Alexander \u2013 co-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019ICAN, chef ex\u00e9cutif au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greyeagleresortandcasino.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Grey Eagle Resort &amp; Casino<\/a> de Calgary et chef consultant pour WestJet Airlines \u2013 a travaill\u00e9 en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l\u2019ATAC pour \u00e9laborer une strat\u00e9gie culinaire autochtone nationale ax\u00e9e sur des collaborations avec d\u2019importants partenaires de l\u2019industrie par le biais de trois piliers cl\u00e9s\u00a0: rapprochement, partage et influence.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019ICAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ICAN vise \u00e0 partager la grande diversit\u00e9 de nos exp\u00e9riences autochtones, de nature culinaire et culturelle, avec le reste du monde. Pour l\u2019ICAN, la cuisine autochtone est un festin culturel qui se d\u00e9guste dans le partage et qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les nations autochtones au Canada. Un recent protocole d\u2019entente conclu entre l\u2019ATAC et l\u2019ICAN assure le soutien, le d\u00e9veloppement et la commercialisation des diverses exp\u00e9riences culinaires autochtones au pays afin de propulser la croissance de ce secteur sur le plan national.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de l\u2019Association touristique autochtone du Canada <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ATAC est la principale organisation charg\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper le tourisme autochtone dans l\u2019ensemble du pays. Guid\u00e9e par la vision d\u2019une industrie prosp\u00e8re offrant des exp\u00e9riences authentiques, m\u00e9morables et enrichissantes, l\u2019ATAC \u00e9tablit des partenariats avec d\u2019autres groupes et r\u00e9gions ayant des mandats similaires afin de consolider le secteur du tourisme autochtone. Ensemble, ils assurent le soutien et la promotion des entreprises touristiques mettant en valeur la culture autochtone authentique par le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019offre et le marketing, en suivant un protocole respectueux. La croissance du tourisme autochtone d\u00e9passant celle du tourisme en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au Canada et la demande internationale pour des exp\u00e9riences autochtones \u00e9tant \u00e0 un niveau record, l\u2019ATAC a r\u00e9cemment mis \u00e0 jour son <a href=\"https:\/\/indigenoustourism.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/18-10-Accelerating-Tourism-Growth-Booklet-v5-WEB-1.pdf\">plan quinquennal<\/a>.
