Notice of Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to Section 8.4 of the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada’s (“ITAC”) By-laws, this notice serves to provide you with notice of the upcoming ITAC Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Dakota Dunes Resort, Whitecap, Saskatchewan, at 10 am (CST). A live-stream of the AGM will also be available through the ITAC website at 10 am (CST) on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
Member Input Requested: ITAC Board Nominations and Elections Process
ITAC is seeking input from its membership regarding the nomination and election process for its Board of Directors. All ITAC voting members are invited to provide their input on this topic using a simple survey here. The survey will close at the end of day on Monday, November 20, 2023, with the results being provided to the ITAC Board of Directors for presentation to membership at the AGM.
