Rainbow Lodge

Nestled in a quiet area just north of McGregor Bay, on Ontario’s tranquil Lake Huron, the region in and around the Lodge offers breathtaking scenery with some of the best freshwater boating in the world. Join us at Rainbow Lodge to relax and immerse yourself in the beauty of the jewel of the Great Lakes surrounded by rocky and forested islands. We offer seasonal high-quality accommodation in our main lodge and cabins which are situated within view of the sacred area known to the Ojibwe people as "Dreamer's Rock" where traditionally young people fasted and received their visions. Owned and operated by the Whitefish River First Nation, and fully renovated in 2008, Rainbow Lodge was originally built in 1969 for the TV series, Adventures in Rainbow Country. Whether you want to relax on a secluded beach, fish the waters or join your hosts and experience a cultural activity, Rainbow Lodge is the gateway to enjoy, explore, and engage with the environment in a traditional setting.
