Lodge on the Point is located on an untouched three-acres of wilderness paradise on the shores of Manitou Lake, a clean, clear, spring-fed lake North of Toronto. The lodge is situated in the Temagami mountain range which boasts some of the highest elevations in the province. Relax and breathe the fresh mountain air.
Unwind in the rustic solar-powered log cabins for a unique off-the-grid experience; custom create your dream break: yoga and fitness with instructors and an in-lodge chef, a guided hunting and fishing trip, or blissful solitude with a private dock.
The history of this area dates back thousands of years, Lake Manitou was once part of a 6000-year-old Anishinaabe canoe route, and for decades, the sturdy cedar lodge was used as a place of healing and wellness by various Indigenous organizations. Now open to the public to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this unique spot, the Lodge on the Point is a very private peninsular of cottages and cabins tucked away along 1300ft of shoreline with our main 3000sf lodge at its glowing heart.
