The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) has just released its latest public service announcement, Virtually Yours. Since its release on Friday, May 8, the video has already garnered more than 50,000+ views!
Through thousands of years and countless generations, our people have passed down teachings, culture and traditions, survived hardship and separation, and through difficult times, we have grown stronger. Our future is grown from our past and we will get through the current situation as we always have: together.
Although we dream of a time where we can explore and discover new experiences, right now we patiently pray for health, healing and wisdom to guide our decisions. When the time is right, we will reconnect with a stronger sense of community and a united desire to engage in experiences that bring us together. We have a story to tell… and when the time is right, we will welcome you again.
