The Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada (ITAC) is promoting their new five-year strategic plan, which aims to build Aboriginal tourism across the country. A Mi’kmaq-inspired feast served at the Culinary Institute on PEI, on Monday April 4th, helped to start the conversation on expanding Aboriginal tourism on the island. ITAC hopes to see 50 new Aboriginal tourism operators established by 2021.
